1. Data Storage

LUMO Invoice stores all data — including company profiles, customer records, documents, and settings — exclusively in your browser's localStorage. No data is transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party at any time.

2. No Collection of Personal Data

Abawei Technologies does not collect, process, or store any personal data entered into LUMO Invoice. The application operates entirely offline within your device.

3. No Cookies or Tracking

LUMO Invoice does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or any form of usage telemetry. Your activity within the application is never monitored or logged by Abawei Technologies.

4. Data Portability & Deletion

You have full control over your data at all times. You may clear all application data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this application. Uninstalling or clearing the application removes all stored data permanently.

5. Third-Party Services

The application loads the Alexandria typeface from Google Fonts over an internet connection when available. No personal data is included in this request. All other functionality operates fully offline.

1. Acceptance

By using LUMO Invoice you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the application.

2. License

Abawei Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LUMO Invoice for lawful personal or commercial business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the application or its source code without prior written consent from Abawei Technologies.

3. Intellectual Property

LUMO Invoice, the ACE engine, and all associated branding, design, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Abawei Technologies. All rights reserved.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered, the legality of documents generated, and compliance with applicable tax laws and financial regulations in your jurisdiction. LUMO Invoice is a document-creation tool and does not constitute legal or accounting advice.

5. Data & Backup

All data is stored locally in your browser. Abawei Technologies is not responsible for data loss resulting from browser clearing, device failure, or accidental deletion. We recommend exporting and backing up important documents regularly.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LUMO Invoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Abawei Technologies does not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abawei Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LUMO Invoice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam.
